This image is from a series of cyanotypes I made from plant life in Morven recently.

  1. Oh, I've loved cyanotypes ever since studying the history of photography at university. Because of the blue background your pollen grains look like stars in a constellation, and the petals like some extra-terrestrial objects. Are you going to post more of your series on your blog?

  2. Thanks,I'm making an artist book with them at the moment and will share once it comes back from the printers (they're off on summer holiday, so should be a couple of weeks).

thanks for your comments (both of you).
